We write without sponsored commercial pitches. Every recipe is tested in everyday home ovens with standard cookware, and the quantities, timings, and steps are written to be followed as they are.
We do not invent testimonials, traditions, or recipes attributed to a person without a verified source. When a history is uncertain, we say so plainly and keep the focus on the cooking itself.
